"They ran my card twice and it held up all of my money for the weekend. My bank said to have them cancel it and they refused. It was a bucket list trip ruined as we had no money then for food or activities. The lady who did it said "It isn't my fault". Well lady, it was. At least apologize. The corporate office refused to help and I never received the $ back. Almost $200"

"The staff is very helpful, especially Rochelle. Shuttle bus is convenient. We can just come to the counter and we will be transported in 15 minutes."

"A bit dated, toilets took longer flush the toilet. Toilet's pipes were having an issue and caused water to leak in the bathroom, but I spoke with staff and they were able to give me a fresh room. Great staff!"

"I expected way more for the price. It was fine for a short stay but the price made it seem like I’d be getting a high quality room. The room showed wear and tear, and there were just stains on carpet/upholstery. Extra blankets for the pullout sofa had holes, and the pullout sofa itself was in rough shape (and we’ve used a lot of hotel pullout sofas. This one was the worst we’ve ever used). Breakfast was not great. All in all, I think the staff work well to make the most of what the hotel offers...
