I took one star off on service as the staffs at the buffet restaurant are kind of impatient, I waited 45 minutes for my omelette, after all. Think they are understaffed at the restaurant. One waitress was screaming at another one publicly when they got busy. Anyway, it’s a great stay after all"

"Hotel Casa Amsterdam was perfect! Outside of Central Amsterdam but a quick trip on the Metro to Amstrel Station which is bus, train and tram. From the station it is a quick 5 minute walk! Steps from a trail on the canal, 5 min walk to the grocery store, 10 minute walk to the best sorbetto I have ever had!, many cafes and restaurants including in house at the hotel with roof top patio option! This place is clean, staff amazing and location was perfect’ can’t say enough about the ease of check in and check out. Would highly recommend to people visiting Amsterdam! "
