"This room #12 had a small ceiling fan (4 2-foot paddles) with broken up/down air direction switch. It would only push air up at ceiling. Room (,next yo laundry room dryers) stayed at constant 86 F or 49 C temperature. Very uncomfortable. Management offered a small floor fan with extension so it could be placed at the open door to pull in cooler outside air. Another odd thing was with toilet next to sink, when toilet was flushed and sink drain was open, loud air noise with sewer smell camevl up through sink drain. "

"Very nice place. Only downsides are that it’s a little tough to find if you’re not used to driving in a high traffic areas, no free parking (they offer discounted parking from another hotel down the street) the rooms do not have central AC (only fans & it gets HOT at night), our room and bathroom were right in front of the dining area… so you can hear everything and everyone walking by the room.. other than all of these things… breakfast was fine and staff were very friendly."

"Very clean and well maintained. The daytime staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel is also very pet-friendly, which I really appreciated. Very nice terrace and view. I enjoyed the complementary coffee. The night receptionist was less welcoming and came across as a bit indifferent, though they still handled requests appropriately, just in a more minimal way. Overall, the excellent service from the daytime team more than makes up for it. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The location of this hotel is why we picked it. Half a block from central park and easy walking distance to most Antigua sites we wanted to visit. They property has a beautiful courtyard and rooftop. The wifi worked well and we always had ample hot water. The breakfast was just OK but to be fair we had very excellent local breakfast at 2 prior places we stayed in GT so I am using that as comparison. The hotel has alot of old historic character which was beautiful and they kept everything very clean. Our room did not have air conditioning and were visiting during very hot days. They offered us to change rooms but we like our room bed size and location so we declined. They provided us a fan and that kept the room comfortable for sleeping. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Antigua. "

"Love that the hotel was very close to the park center for Antigua very easy to get to multiple restaurants staff are friendly environment is clean it’s a little home away from home while being in the busy town center very relaxing waterfall staff will always be present"
