We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. "The room was very clean and tidy daily. However, we had issues with the bathroom bidet not working properly. Unfortunately this was not resolved during our stay. The TV was also not functioning properly during our stay. Definitely recommend the daily breakfast option. The quality and selection is excellent. Location wise, very easy to get around and roughly 50min away from Pudong international airport. "

There are lots of good restaurant choices around the area, from local food and as well as high end restaurants. With its convenient location, it made my trip much easier and enjoyful.
