"Room did not match description advertised on Hotels app. The office staff were very demeaning to customers ahead of us. When describing our issue with the room, staff became extremely combative and unwilling to work toward a solution. Fortunately, Hotels.com agent was able to grant refund. I would recommend avoiding this motel at all cost. If this motel is your only option, book in person and request to see your room before you pay—they will try to swindle you."

We had to check out a day early and there was nobody working the front desk in the morning. Hotels .com could never reach anyone by phone to have our last night taken off like the motel said they would."
