"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. "The hotel is in a good location on the edge of the city centre and is easy to reach by car. "

"Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back whenever I am able. "

"Lovely hotel inside, not to easy on the eye from the outside though. Double room, 2 x queen beds, very spacious. Friendly, helpful staff on check in and the following morning. Willingly kept our luggage in a secure room for us upon checkout. Breakfast was first class as was the team of waiting staff."

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."

"Very clean, lovely staff, good food options. We stayed 3 nights and should have booked a bigger room rather than standard but facilities great. Parking was busy on the Friday and Saturday for people using the restaurant but still got a space and parking is free!"
