"Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool. "The unit was on the smaller side but slept seven. The pool and beach access were awesome! The pull-out couch had clean sheets to put on, but it was so dirty when you opened it up for the first time to use it. The living room rug was really dirty and had rolled edges, posing a trip hazard. It had four forks and a couple of spoons. It just seemed like it could be better stocked with basic utensils. The security staff was nice, parking was easy, and it was close to everything."

"Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

"It wasnt very clean bedding seemed dirty and kids socks were in the bed so obviously they werent washed contacted hoosteeva and they offered a housekeeper but i wasnt waiting around for someone to clean so i washed them which is not what i wanted to do after trveling all day. Attention to. Small details would be a plus. Missed handles and not enough dishes for our party of 5 not silverware. Could use a little additional dishsoap orlaundry soap and tp. It wasnt enough for 5 days after constantly...
