"良かった店は、ホテルの建物内装がとてもお洒落で清潔感があったこと。あまり気に入らなかった点では、スパのロッカールームが狭く少人数でもいっぱいになり暫く前の方が終わるまで待っていたこと。もう一つ言えば、風呂場が暗く鏡も設置されていなかったことくらいです。"

Another thoughtful touch was the option to use the breakfast voucher at the station café, where it could even be applied toward lunch. I found this flexibility very convenient and appreciated the hotel’s attention to guests’ needs."

"Very poor communication. Was difficult to contact anyone. They do not respond through Expedia messages, and one of the 2 phone numbers on their website do not work. We only had 3 towels in the room for 4 people. After calling to ask for another we were told no, our 6 year old son was too young to get a towel. Apparently he doesn't need to bathe? There are only 2 plates in the kitchen, so we couldn't all eat there without buying disposable plates. So don't plan to use the kitchen, which kind...

"Das Doppel-Zimmer war sehr geräumig & es gab eine bequeme Couch. Alles war sehr sauber & das Hotel ist sehr modern. Wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile und einen Waschtrockner im Zimmer, Waschmittel wurde ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Die Lage war super in Bahnhofnähe. Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Straßenbahn ist ebenfalls direkt zu erreichen. Das Frühstück sucht man sich am Vortag aus & wird in der Lobby ausgegeben. Es gab verschiedene Gerichte, wir wählten ein...

"足を怪我しての泊まりでしたが、スタッフの方々の声かけや気遣いがとてもよく、感謝しかありません。 梅雨のせいか、寝具が少し湿っぽくて、それが少し残念でした。 備え付けのシャンプーや、化粧水等 とっても良かったです。 また、使わせていただきます♪"

"Das Quartier ist für eine Nacht okay, mehr aber nicht. Wir hatten schwere Koffer und das Haus hat keinen Lift bei einer engen und steilen Stiege!! Dem Badezimmer würde eine ordentliche Reinigung und Entkalkung mal guttun. In der Nacht war uns kalt (Ende März), es zieht bei den Fenstern rein! Das Einchecken/Auschecken ist sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht, funktioniert aber gut. Besonderes Plus ist die Nähe zur Chuo-Bahnstation."

"Good Japanese business hotel a few tram stops from Kagoshima station in easy walking distance to the ferry to Sakurajima - and good to know that it’s designated as a Tsunami-shelter venue too !"

"天文館の中にあって、立地はかなり良かったです。パジャマが上下に分かれていて、すごく肌触り良い素材だったので快適に寝る事が出来ました。何か挙げるとするのであれば、ヘアーブラシが無かったのが残念です。"
