"Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend."

"Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder...

"Ya nos hemos quedado otras veces y la vdd es que es un sitio estupendo para pasar unos dias de relax, supermercado cerca y restaurante en el propio complejo. Del restaurante destacar al camarero Edu, por su simpatía y por su eficiencia, se nota cuando alguien ademas de simpatia natural quiere trabajar, él va pasea do saludando, preguntando sibquieres algo y de paso recogiendo los casos usados, si sabe que vas a la sauna y esta apagada él ya te ve y va sin decir nada a encenderla. Como trabajador...

"Es un albergue situado en mitad de la montaña, aislado de otros edificaciones o servicios. Vistas impresionantes a la caldera de Tejeda y los roques. Ambiente juvenil y hippie, que nadie busque lujo pero si buscan un lugar autentico y con una magia especial este es el sitio."

"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...
