The site has been or is in the process of being, converted into a senior living facility. We were looking for the Zenao signage and were confused by the address indicating a senior facility. "The hotel is situated in a nice location. There is a museum, zoo and metro station nearby. Lots of restaurants and bakeries too. The hotel is nice but rooms are a tad small what I heard all hotel rooms in Paris are in the small side. There was no fridge in the room which is needed as the weather was so hot during our stay. The breakfast did look good but we chose to eat out every morning. Overall a nice stay with lovely staff, in a nice location."

"This place has no AC, I’m sure that 9 months out of the year this might not be a problem , but during the Summer months, it’s nearly uninhabitable in their rooms. When we first checked in and realized there was no AC, we panicked and called the reception desk, they confirmed there was no AC. I asked if we could cancel and I was willing to pay 50% of our entire stay as a cancellation fee, and leave right there and then. They said no refunds would be possible.
