The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to the breakfast team, they were so kind, attentive, and made my morning a pleasure. "The location was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful, but the mattress was desaster, middle of the mattress was sunk, we woke up with back pain despite of complaining and the promise they made to take care of it they didn’t and my friend is still suffering from back pain."

"Booked the suite which came with the hot tub. Room was nice and spacious, however upon filling the hot tub and turning it on, the jets pushed out loads of dirt and hair. It obviously wasn’t being cleaned regularly, and is a serious health risk. On top of that, there was a leak at the bottom which had water going onto the floor whenever the water was running. I spoke with the front desk and they had maintenance check it, who said they will clean the hot tub and ‘run a few cycles’ but at this...
