"Staff was unavailable, room felt dirty, empty bottle in the elevator for a little while, the gym has zero water in the water dispenser and the trash was full- the whole property is poorly attended to and run down. The parking lot was also not clearly marked. The only positive is that the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again. "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) "

"Very clean and cozy. Exactly what we needed for one night. We had an event at the Syracuse Theater and the distance was decent as well. Sofa mattress could be better but the couch itself is an option to sleep on for a small person."

"This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. "

"Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error. Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast."

"The property was very clean. At the front you have an option to self check in which was very smooth. The room was very clean and spacious. Best part was no carpet in the room. Ample of parking around the hotel and there is Dunkins and Dennys within the walk in distance."

"Staff was great, breakfast on the weekend was excellent!! The breakfast menu was limited during the week. Unfortunately the pool has been out of order for weeks and we were not told this. The housekeeping was only available every other day and they didn’t bring towels, they had to be requested. The bed was also very hard & the pillows were awful. We ended up getting an air mattress & pillows from Walmart for sleeping. "
