"Clean and good staff are nice"

"Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. They have a very cute speakeasy in the basement good food, pleasant staff other than the one at the front desk who seems...

Super sweet and helpful and unfortunately I don't remember her name. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy and so were several of the guests. I didn't feel comfortable staying here with children. We stayed in a double room. Beds were made and towels were provided, but the overall room was disgusting. It looked like someone went in and did the bare...

"The bed was comfortable. After that all negative, dirty, bugs, literally falling apart, not enough towels, and the ones you get are for children. Only stayed bc we were exhausted.The girl at the desk was very nice."
