"We booked a king sized bed , when we arrived we were shocked to see what looked like a full. The room itself was also a lot smaller than photographed. When we asked about it the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and gave us attitude. There wasn’t even enough space for our luggage without stepping over it . "We had a pleasant two nights stay with at this hotel. We had rented an electric vehicle and unfortunately the one electric vehicle charger was out of order which was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean and as shown in the pictures, and the bathroom was nice. The whole place has a refurbished motel vibe. The central courtyard with a ping-pong table and small heated pool was a nice evening experience. We found the price to be a bit high for what you get, but overall, would consider staying...

"I liked the bathroom / dressing area having its own door separating it from the sleeping area. Need grab bars in the tub area. Heat the pool a little. Good location"

"Our sheets were dirty when we pulled down the bed. There were two hairs and crumbs on the sheet. When I told the front desk clerk the next day before checking out, he said he would ask the housekeepers if they changed the sheets and get back to me. I thought that was a crazy response, and of course I never heard from them!"

"The hotel is dated and shows signs of work needing to be completed (painting). The room was clean, but furnishings show lots of wear. Check-in is done with a kiosk in the small lobby. Did see someone in the lobby when getting more coffee from a drawer in the lobby. Very different experience from other travel experiences. The hotel is located an easy drive to Stanford Hospital."
