"Very nice hotel"

"We found the location to be inconvenient, not located near a train station with a few shuttle options though the shuttles seemingly don't run on Sundays? Breakfast options were okay but did cost per person. We spent some time sitting around the pool relaxing and actually got locked out of the hotel. Took some time to get attention of an employee to be let back in, though they did not unlock the doors so we propped them open to continue enjoying the pool area."

"We landed late in Naples only to realise the hotel I had originally booked was the wrong dates (my fault). Managed to find this little gem while in the queue at Passport Control and within the hour, Ciro was on his way to pick us up for half the price of an airport taxi. The room was lovely, with a huge balcony and a beautiful pool. It’s only a small B&B but perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. "Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. "Excellent stay at Maison di Fiore with easy access to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples / the airport. This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I haven’t experienced such good hospitality in a long time, truly 5 star! "
