"It was difficult at times to find somebody on the Front Desk. Our room was furnished below average of hotels were used to stay in.. We tried for two hours to go to sleep, but a couple staying in the hotel went wild with cursing and screaming in the halls and outside our window for nearly an hour. We then realized that the police had been called. For our personal safety, we left at midnight to look for a safer place to spend the night. We expect to be refunded."

"Hotel Revival has its issues, but I loved it anyway. The loudest issue was the AC, which made the doors vibrate when it came on. We asked for a different room, but it was hardly better. The room felt damp, and towels and sweaty clothes never dried (I know, Baltimore, but still). We asked for a turndown only once during our 6-night stay, but it didn't happen (felt sad to see a housekeeper practically running between rooms at 5pm). It's an old building, and you don't have to wander far to see how...
