"This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

"Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts."

"I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel....

"Our room, reserved for two, was clearly a single: no chair except a desk chair, the desk had no outlets for a laptop, no wastepaper basket except for a tiny one in the bathroom, a small double bed that had been advertised as a queen-sized. Breakfast facilities were only available on the first day of our stay; after that, nothing was available (except room service) because of a conference that occupied the main receiving area. Apart from these physical inconveniences, the staff was uniformly...
