"We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead."

"My room was a good size but unfortunately it smelled of stale smoke, probably a heavy smoker as a previous guest. The internet connection in my room was non existent. Decent WiFi is as basic an amenity as soap these days yet many hotels don’t understand or ensure it. I was charged a daily rate for amenities (not explained on my booking nor at check-in) and as the reception area was really busy at check out, I didn’t question what it covered.
