"The hotel staff was courteous and kind throughout my stay. When I checked out, I left my personal items (a dress and shoes) in the closet. I called back and spoke with the concierge, Darrell, and he was excellent in getting my items to my friend, who brought them home to me. This is a top-tier property with a well-trained staff."

"Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays.
The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting."

You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that.
