"This hotel was adequate. Pros: the front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The pillow was very comfortable. It was quiet. There was plenty of parking. Great proximity to the airport. Cons: The mattress was like sleeping in a hammock. The A/C didn’t work and we were burning up all night despite having it turned down as low as it would go. There were strange brown stains on the curtains and a smashed bug on one panel. An empty toilet paper roll was left in the bathroom and no spare rolls...

"All was good but the complimentary breakfast wasn’t all that. Not really many items you would think would be available for this. Also the room had a musty smell. And it sucks the windows didn’t open to let fresh air in. Other than that the bed was comfy and the room was otherwise clean."

"I liked the breakfast bar on mornings. However there is no on site restaurant which made obtaining meals for lunch and dinner difficult. The shuttle also is ONLY for arrivals and departures to the airport so take note of this when planning activities downtown and surrounding areas."

From shrieking girls running around the lobby to neighbouring rooms blasting rave music, there was not attempt to control the situation.
