"Clean room and queit"

"Expedia overbooked us. It’s not a good feeling to arrive at 2 AM after a long drive and not have a place to stay, one that was pre paid. The front desk clerk at the Hyatt was very apologetic and found us a room at the nearby Sheraton. Lesson learned—- don’t go through third party bookings."

"Well positioned, helpful staff, clean and reasonable prices."

"The location was great. Perfect for easily exploring the Niagara Falls area. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Bed was comfortable. LOVED the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries! My only complaints would be that I had to pay extra for parking and I booked a room on the river view side but was given a room with the city view. Over all was a great experience. I would stay here again!"

"Good breakfast."

However , this morning again I approached her for the purpose of checking out and she displayed the same kind of unpleasant and unprofessional...
