"Good location. Excellent breakfast. There's no parking at the hotel. Also, no discount on city parking. The receptionist recommended Southgate parking, which is a bit far. The room is compact and newly renovated. It was extremely hot outside during our trip. The built-in air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. I recommend it."

"Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Shower had mind of its own going from boiling to freezing
Room very hot and stuffy, small fan not adequate for room size
The location was good but there was alot of noise at night if you had windows open.
No wardrobe in room

Tv only had minimal freeview channels. No Internet channels and view was obscured from one side of bed.
