"Very disappointed in the days Inn in Petoskey. Buildings were very rundown and some were even damaged, the bathroom sink was very slow draining and when we called they sent a plumber who could not fix the issue because he didn’t have the right tools and stated he would come back and fix it when he gets a longer snake and he never showed up. The towels are very thin and dirty feeling. For the amount of money that they charge per night it was very disappointing."

"Room 119 needs the floor swept and mopped. Our socks after walking around the room a little bit were nearly black on the bottom. Nothing like getting out of the shower and stepping on a little pebble. And we didn’t wear shoes into the room."

"Very quaint place, pretty and old fashioned decorating. Was disappointed as there was not enough soap in the room, no cups and the Wi-fi was terrible."

"Steffen, the Host, was absolutely wonderful! His breakfasts were delicious. I had the most peaceful and pleasant stay and I would highly recommend The Charlevoix House. All the shops and beaches were within walking distance. I would also recommend the Mushroom House tour."
