"Great wouldn’t pay for the garage $55 a night! Also no vending machines on the floor we were on level 20 and had to go to 1 just to get a soda and ice machines only on every other level!"

"I loved the location of the property to things to do downtown! I only needed my car when I was exploring beyond that. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the shower and the fact that my room ar first smelled like a hookah bar. The shower just looked like the corners had been skipped when cleaning. Other than those things, the hotel was nice. Blackout curtains were a 100/10. The bed was comfy! I'll definitely stay again and again!"

"My stay was good overall. The front desk, kitchen and maintenance staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The only issue I had was the room temperature. The property has centralized air conditioning that didn’t allow us to regulate the temp using the thermostat in the room. Ray from maintenance explained the situation and brought up a very powerful fan that cooled the room off quickly."

"I loved the staff very well mannered and attentive…our room was about $1000 plus $200 deposit…we got a decent room 5th floor…not a very good view…and room was spacious loved the tub and bed…that’s what made it amazing…but the room in general was too outdated and furniture was very worn out…like it had a lot of scrapes….ive stayed in cheaper rooms that are way cooler and nicer furniture…that is the only thing that caught me off guard since we paid so much….everything else was great like i said! Oh and it was very quiet loved that…"

"Very clean and modern hotel. Loved the aesthetic of the common areas and the rooms. Only complaint is the air conditioner only worked when there was someone in the room and the shades were open so it took forever to cool down. The front desk staff made it seem like there was an observation deck on the roof but it’s a rooftop restaurant that’s pretty classy so we did not check it out as we had our son with us and there was a hostess station as soon as you step off the elevator. There was a surprise pop up edm concert next door at city hall that was very loud and could be heard from inside our room but the staff was super accommodating and brought earplugs to us and assured us the noise ordinance at 10pm would have them shutting down soon and they did shut down around 10:30pm. Valet parking only but it was very quick and convenient. We did not feel rushed or in the way when getting out of our vehicle like we did in other areas of the city like union station."
