"Missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel room at midnight to spend the night with my wife and two young children. Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10...

"Check in was easy, the clerk was very helpful. Though near the highway, I heard no traffic noise. My room was clean and quiet, and it did not smell like smoke or cleaning solution. Standard continental breakfast that included yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, waffles. Nice dining area. Easy drive to downtown Detroit from here. Will stay here again when in the area. "
