"It’s a boutique hotel, it was nice, its clean -and walking distance to restaurants however I feel like I am in the prison because of fully gated apartment/hotel but I get it It’s for safety since there is a lot of homeless roaming outside. Overall 3-4/5. Thank you."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the location was inconvenient, and the facilities were extremely limited.
Basic amenities that are normally expected in a hotel were missing, such as bottled water, slippers, and other essential items. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even the minimum standards I would expect, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made."
