"Clean room. Accommodating staff"

"Nice staff"

"Rooms were clean. Bathroom counters were clean but like any other hotel, cleaning staff wipe down counters but need to rewipe. Kitchenette was well stocked. One issue was that soda machines were all the way in the basement, not even on the main floor. Even as an adult, I felt very uncomfortable going to an area that may be well-lit but creepy. Restaurant-Dennys NOT Moxies."

"Liked included free parking and continental breakfast. The hotel is not very clean. You can see dust and grime on the corners and it is over due for a reno. Rooms are not sound proof."

"Only open one week they are few growing pains to overcome, but won't stop me from going back."

"Sparks hotel experience was awesome the staff like Dana Sarah were very helpful and attentive front desk was always there. The property was clean and our rooms smelled good each time we back from shopping . I will certainly spend my vacation time there again."

Happy with this service. We also requested a packed breakfast because we were leaving at 3am to go to the airport, and they did this for us both times we stayed and we were very grateful! Great experience, highly recommend. Rooms were spacious and had a little kitchen with a sink and dishes which was convenient."

"Be careful booking through third party sites because you won’t get parking included."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and was impressed by the overall experience. The property was lovely, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their hospitality certainly contributed to making my stay a positive one. Unfortunately, there was one issue that detracted from the experience. The bathroom sink was in an unacceptable condition, as every time I turned on the water, a very unpleasant odour came from the drain. This was disappointing and something that I...
