"Not good place of yiu have kids. TV is almost 20 years old. Doesn't show anything on TV. I paid 235 for one night which was too much for the facilities provided."

"We booked three suites as we were meeting up with three families, two families with children. The grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool both the evening and following morning after breakfast. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and was not busy when we were there. The receptionist was very kind when checking in. Would stay again."

"Beds were excellent, breakfast good but i did not realize i could custom order eggs or an omelet. A note where the buffet breakfast is served would be nice . I notified the staff that the hot tub is over chlorinated. When you turned on the jets the rising steam would send chlorine gas up your lungs and make you cough a lo, not just me but others. They need to reduce the chlorie or switch to bromine so they don’t damage the health of guests."

"From outside looks great, however, the North Tower needs a lot of renovations, especially carpets. Room carpet is rotten and has wrinkles. You will not want walking bare foot, disgusting."

"Overall a great stay! I stayed in room 106 it was the standard queen room. Clean, no smells, ac was powerful, great amount of space. The staff were helpful when needed and not invasive. They were willing to get the room ready y when I arrive 1.5 hours early. Breakfast was simple but not crowded at 9am. Will stay again!"

"The corridor flooring and carpeting are in need of an upgrade, and the pool area could also benefit from improvements. Additionally, the housekeeping process could be more efficient. Dirty bedding is often left in trash bags outside guest rooms after cleaning and is collected later by another staff member, which detracts from the overall appearance of the property. A more streamlined system for handling linens would enhance the guest experience."
