"Beachcomber is up-to-date, clean,, and safe. A small oddity: there wasn’t an outlet where the coffee station was placed. I had to search. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did make me go, “hmmmm! “"

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the back patio and open space to the garden, the short walk to a semi-private beach, and the pickle ball courts. The property was well maintained. The renovations and overall design of the room was great too— you can tell they put a lot of thought into it to make sure guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay."

"The breakfast, the staff, and the room with kitchen were all good this year. I didn't have a view of the ocean like last year. I missed that."

"The internet access was terrible. Plus when it did come up it was not secure. The "breakfast" items were granola bars and mini prepackaged muffins. I had to get my own coffee pods and tea from the office."

"I think the best way to describe this property is to say I would return to Mendocino BECAUSE of the Mendo Bungalow and I would only return if I could stay at the Mendo Bungalow. The property was gorgeous and peaceful and perfect for my do to have the space to explore. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. "

"Excellent for the price. Spacious room. I love the heater in the bathroom which is perfect for those chilly mornings. I like the decor and aesthetics. There’s road noise but after dark it significantly drops. Would absolutely return to stay again!"

"Great stay . Great big beautiful window view of the ocean . While the rooms may be a bit outdated they are still cute and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean . No dusty or dirty surfaces , nice outdoor chairs that were also clean. The parking lot was clean and felt safe . The staff was friendly, check in and check out went smooth. My only one suggestion/ complaint. I have a kid in a wheel chair and need van accessible parking ( I did request it ) . There were only 2 handicap...

"This place was beautiful! It was very private, which is exactly what we were looking for. I loved the view and of course the private hot tub. The beds were comfortable."

"Peaceful place with clean, generously sized rooms and welcoming staff, and free parking. Conveniently located near Fort Bragg and Mendocino. We splurged on the king room with soaking tub and it was so relaxing! Loved the balcony facing the estuary. We triple checked the room - all apparently except for 1 drawer in which we left a few belongings. Staff called us right away to arrange mailing them to us the next day. We will be back!"
