"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff.

"Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. However when I asked if I could cancel clerks did his manager and they said if I called Expedia to cancel and their agent called him to confirm they would not charge me."

"A lovely property and a great location to explore. Lovely breakfast and wonderful staff.
The main let down was that there was absolutely no drinks facilities in the rooms. No coffee and tea making (unless you paid for the machine downstairs) and no water provided either. It was really hot when we were there, and a bank holiday so getting something from any shop was very challenging after 5pm or earlier which we didn’t realise and weren’t told on check in either. "This hotel aims to please and does not disappoint! It is located in the most beautiful spot, reception was helpful and so friendly, the bar staff made delicious drinks and gave some suggestions of where to walk around that were incredible. Our room overlooked the most beautiful view. The hotel was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back for another visit from the USA!"
