"Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were a few noticeable hiccups right from the start.
The Pros:
* Excellent Location: The hotel is in a fantastic spot—within a 10-minute walk to the KLCC area.
* Great Room Setup: The layout of the room itself was very nice. It featured a lovely study nook with a daybed, which was the perfect fit for our child.
* Well-Equipped Kitchenette & Laundry: The kitchen area was fantastic. It was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes. Having a refrigerator and a microwave/oven combination. Best of all, having an in-room washer/dryer was a huge plus, and we definitely put it to good use during our trip.
The Cons:
* Missing Amenities for 3 Guests: The room was overall pretty clean upon arrival. However, despite booking the room explicitly for three people (which was clearly noted in our reservation), everything was only set up for two. We only had two sets of bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels—apparently, the third person wasn't expected to dry off! Same thing applies to the kitchenette, We also had to specifically request extra linens to set up the daybed in the study area for our child.
* Poorly Designed Bathroom: The bathroom design was strange and impractical. The standalone shower has a glass door with a large gap at the bottom, causing water to constantly leak out onto the floor.so the area in front of the sink stays wet all the times."
