"It was a nice hotel in the middle of all the action. It was very busy in the area, ancross from the Pavilion, and traffic is always bad. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast on the lower level was delicious. There are many Malay choices. Faies served us every morning. Extremely good and friendly guy. Made special roti for us each morning. The room is clean, big and has high ceiling. But the bathroom requires some quick maintenance. The sink faucet is loose and wobble. The toilet paper holder and the make up mirror are also loose. All these needs, are tightening with a screwdriver. The hangers in the closet are not the same set, they are a few different shapes. No big deal, but they his is a 5 stars JW Marriott and the bar should be set higher."

"Hotel location is very good, walking distance to Pavilion KL (about 5 mins along the road) any KLCC (about 15 mins along road and tunnel) malls. Grab is convenient and affordable but waiting times can be long sometimes like 15 or 20 mins. Hotel reception is friendly and helpful. We were greeted with refreshing drinks upon checkin. The lobby smells good with aromatherapy. The hotel rooms we booked were deluxe twin. It’s spacious with a day bed by the windows. The bathroom comes with two separate wash basins, the shower area has rain shower and bathtub. The WC is in its own corner. Buffet breakfast is included. The spread is pretty good with Nasi Lemak, curry chicken or Rendang, fried noodles, porridge and condiments, fried sausages, ham, eggs, beans, noodles station, salad station, fruits and desserts stations, etc. The infinity pool is located on the 6th floor with views of KLCC tower which looks amazing at night."

"Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout."

"3D2N at this property. Kenny was very contactable, prompt & easygoing. Checking in & out were a breeze. The property is ok, not a new condo but very very clean. The floor was so clean u can walk barefoot & let ur baby crawl on it. The toilets were not brand new but u can see it is well maintained & clean. Shower area was abit cramped so if u are plus sized it will be uncomfortable. The master room is awesome, large & bright. The common room was small, with no windows, but it is ok for 2 nights & i had a good sleep there. The shared bath had one door that is very stuck & made loud noise when closing. The apartment we got, also had a stuck main door that made loud bang when closing (we realised the same for all other units). Also, thankfully our room was at the end of the corridor not near the general bin for the floor, because that area had roaches & if our room were near there, the roaches would definitely be in our apartment. The things provided in the apartment were basic yet very sufficient. Shampoo was nice, bath soap smelt of baby bath! Bring ur own toothpaste. Each room, living room had sufficient powerpoints so u can charge ur stuff. One of the points that could be improved is if the dining chairs were lower & not high-chairs. My mom cld not sit to wear her shoes & had to sit on the floor everytime. The location was very good, easy to Grab food, also Grab car, did not use the facilities and the lift lobby & lifts were dingy, it that didnt bother us at all."
