"Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "

"Great layout and shower facilities in Hard Rock Hotel. Food was delicious and service was fantastic. Especially love the free family portrait session that gave us options to purchase photos that we like without feeling obligated to. Definitely coming back again!"
