"Pool was supposed to close at 5 PM and closed at 4:40PM.
I was holding an alarm clock in my room and it exploded with sparks.
I did not like your animated response on the phone. I would rather speak with a real person. I asked for towels and they still got it wrong. I had to have the housekeeping come back a second time.
The toilet continued to run.

"Het is een fijn hotel met een eigen casino en restaurants, maar minder massaal en druk. De kamer was groot, schoon en goed onderhouden. Het personeel was behulpzaam en uitermate aardig. Vooral de vallet parking vond ik heel prettig, zeker als je met bagage loopt te zeulen."
