"The room was clean however the toilet was not fully functional and neither was the bathtub/shower. Staff brought us a used wet bucket to use in the bathroom. Was totally unacceptable. While I understand, they had no open rooms to give us, I feel like at least the cleaning staff should have known that the toilet and bathtub were not properly working. I was traveling with my elderly mother and this made the experience 10 times more stressful. We were there to celebrate my new granddaughter."

"This hotel is dirty. There’s hair everywhere the hallway carpet is so stained and dirty it looks black. It’s cheap but they need to make major updates. Walls cracked."
