Hotel Murah di Pusat Kota New Buffalo

"New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and...

"Nice enough hotel , near New Buffalo. Short drive into town or to the beach. It was 75 dollars cheaper than the other hotel across the street, and just as nice , if not better."

"The receptionist was so friendly. Quick to offer her favorite dinner spots and also gave us extra pillows per our request. Our room was spacious and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and we were happy with everything!"

"The staff at the hotel was excellent. The room had a horrible musty smell and the carpets left our socks black! You could hear every movement of the people upstairs and I don’t think they slept at all! Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles were okay and there was toast, but the eggs and sausage both looked disgusting. There was no fruit, yogurt or muffins etc. I would be hard pressed to stay here again."

"Parking was limited. Often people double parked over lines didn’t allow others to park. The hotel seemed dated and needed carpet cleaning and shelving and cabinets replaced. Windows were clouded white . The elevator arrived with an extreme thud both rising and downward. I reported the parking issue and the clerk looked at me like I was out of my mind and didn’t say a word."

"We found bed bugs in our room, the bathroom was filthy. The older gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful, the man that checked us out was not. One of the staff was also playing with a tennis ball in the parking lot and loitering around, he ended up hitting our car with the ball. We checked out early and were not able to get a refund."

"Okay staff is really nice but the building is under construction and there was some leaks from the ceilings at random places, I truly appreciate the staff but they need to be more clean and on it with mopping the rooms and cleaning the rug. The steam room was unclean and the sauna, breakfast was 10/10."

"A beautiful spot in a lush park. The building is charming and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit."

"Stayed one day after a trip to Michigan Lake view room with jacuzzi ! Clean room, pool was warm and clean was a perfect stop to recharge! Small antique hotel! We be back"

"The room was decent, and the staff was excellent. The check-in staff had all the documents ready, so it took me only two minutes to get my room key. Parking was super convenient and very close to the hotel. The lady in the breakfast room even made a fresh batch of hash browns when the kids asked for them. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared with other hotels in the same price range."

"Quick check in/out. Room was not cleaned properly. Seemed to be clean sheets. Floor was definitely not vacuumed. The sink leaked. The faucet in the bathroom sink was hooked up backwards for hot/cold water. No hair dryer in room, but staff provided one when asked. Toilet ran for five minutes after being flushed. There was no shampoo or body wash in the provided bottles."
