"This was exactly what I needed. The location was the best-- right on the beach, adjacent to the pier. I spent each morning on the beach, each afternoon exploring the area, and every evening walk to a nearby restaurant. The amenities were so convenient. The staff was just lovely. Arnold made my day each time we saw him. It felt like I was being greeted by an old friend who was so happy to see me. We'll definitely be back."

"The hotel is ideally located. So close to the water, pier, great food and shopping. There is no a/c but the staff offered box fans if needed. That came in handy for temperature and noise abatement when people drove to and from Pismo for Harry’s Bar less than a block away :). Great solution! The only con is the parking.
