"The 1bedroom suite was very clean and spacious . The village view from your balcony,gives a real village atmosphere so cute at night."

"The property was in a perfect location next to a little stream. The property was not very clean and a lot of walls and furniture was nicked up. The front desk employees were amazing. The employees at the restaurant were lacking both nights we ate there they told us about the happy hour specials and then they charged us full price both times the first time I left it alone. The second time I requested the refund."

"Hotel was nice with great amenities. Front desk staff was somewhat friendly, housekeeling seemed a little less friendly. All housekeeping doors stayed opened so i saw all the carts being stored next to our room, piles of dirty laundry in some rooms im guessing where they wash and fold them.... i dont think ive ever seen what was behind the "employees only" door at any hotel and ive stayed in alot. Kind of grossed me out that they were all kept open but maybe there was something going on and they couldnt shut them? Breakfast was a huge let down. The lady that was in charge of keeping the food up didnt seem to want to be there. I try to keep an open mind but when youre on a family vacation little things add up and can impact the mood of everyone. Will definitely book here again, just hoping next time will be a better experience. "

"CONS: Pool facility closed since January, It’s March!!! Big UGH since hot tub was a priority in booking this hotel. Hard to navigate to Lobby for check -in. 4th floor hallway has very musty smell, as well as the heating/cooling fan, when on. Bathroom floor is extremely slippery, even when dry. Elevator is very slow, we used the stairs the whole time except for check in/check out. One stairway was flooded at the lowest level. Navigating the stairs to lobby and above is a Jedi mind game….or like “Labyrinth”. It’s like they change every time you use them. PROS: Nice balcony overlooking the the stream and mountains. Right in the thick of downtown. Decent breakfast. All staff that we encountered were very nice. "
