4/10 Poor

"it's a 25+ floor hotel, only have 4 elevators and two were out of order. We were there for Volleyball tournament in the convention center cross street, there are many many family in the tournament, so in the morning when the player ready heading to tournament, we wait for the elevator at least 20 mins, when we finally finally about to get in the very crowded elevator, it's of course stopped every floors but nobody can get it. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. Hopefully it will be improved. The onsite store could offer more. The breakfast was disappointing (muffins, bagels and coffee). I did enjoy cookies in the lobby. It is convenient to Old Sac (better driving than walking) The staff could offer friendlier customer service with requests and suggestions."

"We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a mixed experience. The location was extremely good and very convenient. The reception staff was also polite and helpful, which we appreciated. The rooms were spacious and generally clean upon entry, which added to our comfort. However, cleanliness around the property was a concern. There was smoking in the parking area, which made the surroundings very uncomfortable. Inside the room, we noticed cockroaches running during the night, which was disappointing and not acceptable, especially when traveling with family. While the room itself was spacious, better pest control and regular disinfection are definitely needed. Cleanliness is a top priority for us when staying with family, and this aspect needs improvement. The breakfast area also felt congested, and the options were quite limited. A better spread and more space in the dining area would improve the overall experience. Based on these factors, I would rate the stay 3 stars."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento

6/10 Okay

"My first room did not have a tv. So I asked to be moved to a room with a tv. The second room was better. The price for the hotel was cheaper then other in the areas so you definitely get what you pay for. The elevator, hallways and rooms could benefit from a remodel. The room felt dirty and I could hear people all night but breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again but I would look for other options first. I checked out early because people outside and in the hallway were too loud. I checked out at midnight when I was planning on leaving at 4 am."
