"Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience"

"Loved my stay Super sweet room. The staff are particularly friendly and the location is excellent."

"Beautiful spot on the town square. Attentive staff. Comfortable room! Walking distance to gray shops and dining! Lovely restaurant and bar on premises!"

"Todo excelente desde la recepción hasta el lugar muy bonito todo, la habitación algo pequeña pero se disfruta mucho dormir en esa cama !!"

"Solo pasamos la noche, pero a pesar de que llegamos tarde ese día siempre hubo alguien que nos ayudó y nos atendió, la estancia fue muy agradable y la cama es muy cómoda, regresaría otra vez."

"It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities."

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

"I didn’t like the location of the bathroom. It doesn’t provide privacy and also, when taking shower, some of the water ends up coming out from the under the door. The receptionist SOPHIA is very pleasant. She deserves compliments"

"The rooms were newly renovated, refrigerators stocked daily. Our view was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was okay seemed like the same thing everyday. The restaurants were good , Italian and Mexican."

"We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday at Secrets! Lovely resort with so many amenities for our comfort. The staff is very attentive and the property was well kept. The only concern was the mosquitoes, they ate us alive through the night. I’d advise bringing insect repellents. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. If you’re looking for a young crowd with more of a party scene, keep looking. This property is tailored to the senior population visiting for their anniversaries, from the music to...

"I was amazed at how helpful the staff was and courteous. It was very clean and delicious food. The rooms were nice. It was in a central location where you could either go on excursions in a tour or on your own. Both were quite good. I especially remember the Porterl Luis I was very helpful and kind. They have a store very close by and the people in there were very courteous and helpful. Also, I had an excellent time. It was peaceful yet there was things you can do. I will go again."
