"Wahnsinnig freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal überall und zu jeder Zeit. Vor allem Jess & Abhi von der Rezeption sowie die Consierge haben von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlfühlen konnte und einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte. Es gibt nur wenige Hotels, in denen Service wirklich gelebt wird. Das Holiday Inn in Kensington gehört dazu und ist definitiv ein guter Platz, um London zu erkunden und den Aufenthalt zu genießen. "
