"Economical way to stay as close to the Duke University Medical Center without breaking the bank. Ideal for student familles and visitors to the medical center No onsite restaurant but a pantry where you can buy basic microwave meals . We stayed in a suite which was twice the size of a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed . "

Also was under the impression a free breakfast was included with the reservation, which I was denied at the bistro. The attendee could not make change for a $20 bill and the credit card machine wasn't working. I left hungry because I'd already checked out of my single nights stay. "Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight."

"There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there."

"Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay."
