"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."
