"They are not all inclusive, you will have to pay for the spa and the laundry service. It is not adults only, there were children there and you can’t even wear an open button up shirt there even tho your ment to be on vacation. They tried to charge me $120 per person to check out 2 hours late and only charged the couple before me $40 for a 4 hours late check out. The booking app for the restaurants only works for about 3 hours daily so if you don’t make it then you have to eat from the buffet...

"The service was sub par at best. We received a packet with a map of the resort, restaurant/bar hours, and events for each day. On 2 different days, the bar on the 4th floor at thE pool was closed when they should have been open. The bar on the first floor outside was also closed one day when it was supposed to be opened. "The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. "

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...
