"Good, kid-friendly location in Moab, close to Arches NP, the highway, restaurants and eateries, grocery stores, and gas stations. Our room had a kitchenette, which was useful traveling with kids. The premises and breakfast areas were clean; however, the carpets in the corridors could definitely use a bit of steam cleaning (they smelled musty and more than one visitor commented on their state in the elevator). The staff didn't seem all that warm and friendly, but was able to check us in and out efficiently. The breakfast was OK with decent options, but kept running out of scrambled eggs and bread on all the 3 days we visited. Slightly rough on the edges, but would still recommend it to families. "
"It isn't terrible. But the Expedia rating on this hotel is misleading. It's a glorified motel. The room was pretty dirty. We found hair in multiple places. It really wasn't great and if we had known it was this rough we would've chosen a different place."
"The front desk staff Shelaija (Shinu) is extremely helpful and nice. We ask room not facing the highway as we would stay a week and she made efforts to accommodate us during a very busy weekend. The restaurant staff Anu is also helpful. All staff in the hotel are friendly. "
