"Great place, great view!"

"I wasn't there for shopping or work. I needed a good bed, clean shower and coffee early! No coffee pot in the room, office with old small coffee pot not open until 7 a.m. Shower/bath had spots of mold and attempts at a safety handle was in the wrong place etc. I had trouble getting to sleep and woke up with a sore back each night/morning of my stay. I did not see a live employee the entire time I was there. The only presence (I was out by 9:30a.m. and not back until 7 p.m. each day) is on a screen in the lobby and they had trouble communicating with me. I do have minor hearing problem but it has never been aa problem in real person to person communication or even on the phone. I f this is the new trend in 'affordable' hotel accommodations, I will be camping."

"Room was not the cleanest (spray from something in the ceiling) the grotto was closed along with the beach bar and we got no discounts on our stay even though that info was not posted or give. To use prior to booking. Also they charge for parking nothing in the booking about this. It’s an okay place but disappointing stay to say the least. "

"The 2 stars is for the staff, the location and the comfort of the room. If the staff hadn’t been so amazing I would have left the first night. Pool was down, jacuzzi was down (for over a year) fitness room less than mid, breakfast same eggs/sausage for a week. The worst thing was the “hot water” was barely lukewarm. Staff checked the boilers, they also let me check if it was better in other rooms….at breakfast multiple people on multiple days mentioned they had said something to the desk clerk as well. Went to use my microwave and it almost exploded, I should have investigated after having to plug it in to see why it had been unplugged. It looked like someone had melted something inside that made the top of the inside and sides bubble out. Staff was awesome and got a replacement. I froze after every shower though, and couldn’t even enjoy a long hot shower which is how I decompress after a shift at the hospital. Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Didn’t even care jacuzzi had been down for a year per management (not posted on 3rd party booking but supposed to be on their site) but was crushed no pool and I was there for a week. "

"Room was fine. Front desk lady ... foreign looking lady was semi rude just with facial expressions seeming not to give a damn about anyones concerns. I need 3 more days of stay but asked to change room location because of too much shady "

"Not the room I saw on the picture, the air conditioning wasn’t the best so sleeping with blankets was very difficult "

"The staff was great . Room was clean . Quiet and easy to get to . Just a mile from were i had to be Wednesday morning. Breakfast was hot and good Eggs, bacon , biscuits. Waffles All the good stuff . Will stay again. "
