"Great hotel, wonderful staff & grounds well maintained. Lovely, spacious room with large bathroom, full kitchen, balcony overlooking the Gulf. Easy walk to pool & Gulf beach, nice bar with food available, wonderful staff who set up beach chairs with umbrellas. Had an outstanding time & was sad to leave."

"the place was very clean and rooms well decorated and designed for a "motel" feel. Not what we were expecting at all and very misrepresented in the description of the property. We only stayed 1 night and found lodging elsewhere. Had to repeatably ask for items in the room. Asked for a blanket and received a mattress pad!!! 3 of us in the room and only had 2 coffee cups. Would not return to this property"

"Staff was excellent. Great late check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Tv in each bedroom. Wonderful kitchen and living room. Supper location to the pool from the room. We appreciated the laundry facilities. The place was clean and felt safe. Nice restaurant on site. The only thing we found odd was no lock on the bathroom door. It was a barn door type door. There was assigned parking."

"This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly. The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!"

"Make sure you request the new side of the property. We were on the older side and the water did not come out of the faucet very well in the shower/bath. AC was amazingly cold!! We are 60 years old and had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly."

"The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black.
