"This is the second time staying at this hotel. Nice hotel for families. However, this time there were children in the pool without an adult present several days. These children also ran up and down the hallway late at night and we had a very young toddler with us. Lots of noise. "

We went to the front desk they tried to move us to another room that the lock was broken and basically told us someone had to be in the room to unlock the door for the other person. Then they try to move me to a second floor when I specifically told them I’m disabled and cannot go upstairs then they got upset and said they would give us a refund and go someplace else then ran back with a disabled room mind you I...
