"The hotel is close to the airport and that’s about the only positive I can stay. Check in took forever. The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. Beds are extremely uncomfortable - mattress practically non-existent. We arrived late in the evening and brought a salad in to eat dinner and were told to eat outside or in our room. We were not allowed to eat in the common area unless we ordered from the restaurant- and there was nobody there! It felt like a very expensive youth hostel."

"Chambre mal insonorisée, on entend le rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Alarme incendie à 7h dimanche matin...aucun membre du personnel pour nous indiquer ce qui se passe, (incendie ou pas, vous pouvez remonter dans vos chambres ou pas,.. ) et tout ça pour des œufs brûlés en cuisine. Et au moment du check out, aucun mot d excuse de la personne à l accueil pour la gêne occasionnée ! Process sécurité incendie à revoir et personnel à former pour un vrai accueil hôtelier."

"The staff was VERY helpful in recovering my cell phone when it was lost in the taxi that took us from the hotel to the port to board our ship. They were also extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and arranging for us to check in to a room early, which we badly needed. I could not say enough wonderful positive people who work at Novatel there, and how much I appreciated them finding my cell phone for me."

"The room and bed were pretty good and close to terminal 1 but that was about it. There was no towels in room. Nophone to call reception. So I went down and they promised to get me towels before I got back from my meeting but still no towels. Had to go down again. This time they just gave me them up take up! WiFi so poor it’s unusable and really bad reception of data too. When I checked in the past said I put in room number and my name for WiFi. I tried every combination and didn’t work. Had...

"Pretty convenient to the tram line into town. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t fancy but clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the freeway."

"Nice spacious room. Housekeeping came everyday of my 5 night stay and towels replaced daily. Few mins walk to the tram and about 5mins to the main train station where you can get the train along the coast. Nothing around the area to eat is the only downside and have to head into centre which can become tiring after a long day of sightseeing! Would stay here again though."

"The main bed was an uncomfortable couch/poor hide-a-bed. The furniture in general was run down. It was not clear that toilet paper was not included. There were very few utensils in the kitchen. Wifi was not functional. Location is pleasant if you are aware that the property is not in Nice Ville."

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien garni (fruits, yogourt, céréales, œuf (sous toutes ses formes), grande variété de pain et viennoiseries, etc. La chambre très propre et de bonne taille, avec un balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Parking privé. Aucun reproche. Excellent séjour. Merci."
