"The room wasn’t ready, which was a mistake on their part. They were apologetic and gave us a different room. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been, some lights didn’t work. The room would benefit gravely from thicker curtains as all the lights from the pool shine through the window when you are trying to sleep"

"Bad experience at check-in. Then problems with the room, tv WiFi not working. Asked for another room. I was told that there are no other rooms available. After telling her that we will find another place to stay there was suddenly a room available….we stayed here January 2020. It was lovely! The view is still beautiful! Quality has gone down very much! Won’t stay here again!"

"Fantastic welcome and tour, the team couldn’t do enough for us. We only stayed for a couple of days on the way out of Cape Town and The Silo was perfect for that. A really different experience with great views an impeccable facilities. We had the very best nights sleep too, topped off by a wonderful breakfast. "This place was terrible. To start, they tried to make me pay again when I already paid online. I had to speak to the owner on the phone who lied to me about it and was extremely rude. I booked two private rooms and they tried to make me share a room with another guest. I refused because I paid more to have my own room. They do not provide wifi like is advertised and when I pressed the owner, he gave me one coupon for 100mb internet for two rooms (4 people). I told him it was advertised online as...
