"This property is great it had the best of both worlds. The water park was great my 5 yr old grandson enjoyed it very much and the beach is just across the street. Good restaurants are in walking distance and it’s in a quiet part of the strip we always enjoy Indian Rocks"

Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work...

Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude"

"Amazing location. The staff and the signs all over the property are kinda hostile. I didn’t feel welcome. The place has not been renovated in decades. The AC worked fine. The in-unit kitchen was basic but helpful. I will evaluate other options before booking again here."
